1. Donation, lump sum by check / by money order / by credit card.

2. Donation periodically -monthly, quarterly, annually by check / money order / by credit card or thru your Bank by ACH Acctt. For ACH account form click here.

3. You may also donate Zakat and Sadaqa.

4. Donation thru a life Insurance or Charity Trust, Please ask your accountant for the details.

5. Make SIUT as part of beneficiaries of your life insurance policy or the Estate. Please ask accountant for the details.

6. Support specific programs e.g. dialysis for one patient for one month, six months, one hospital bed etc, Please ask us for details.

7. Donate fairly large sum of money in memory of your loved one; a bed or other facility will be designated in memory of your loved one.

8. Employer matching program: More than 1,000 companies and corporate foundations in t he U.S. currently match the donation an employee makes to a charitable organization. Please contact your place of employment and see if they participate in this program.

9. Donations in Kindness: If you wish to donate stocks, bonds, medical supplies and equipment, please ask us for details
